Here It Is!

Hello all,

I have been asked all kinds of questions lately about my lifestyle, garden, chickens, DIY stuff, and how/why I do things the way I do. So I decided to start a blog and see how it goes. I am not a professional writer or an expert in anything that I may talk about. Use my advice at your own risk! (Don't say I didn't warn you!) I love to help people and if a tidbit of information I pass along helps someone, then great! I love the saying, "take what you like and leave the rest." I'll admit I am quirky in how I do things and why I do them the way I do, but I think that is part of the fun!

Above all, I desire to follow God's will and to continue to grow spiritually.

This is the second year of gardening and I will keep you updated, posting things I learn as I go so that we can learn together! Also, you will get to follow us on our chicken adventures as we build the coop and raise chicks! I will also post on my personal journey with the Lord in hopes of encouraging others in their walk as well. I am so excited to see what the Lord has in store for us! With that I'll leave you with, "I can do all this through him who gives me strength." Philippians 4:13.
